As an independent organisation with a wealth of experience, we are able to offer unbiased sales and technical support including:- 

• Help in preparing individual “User Requirement Specification” (URS).

• Help with quotations for purchase of new freeze drying equipment to specific requirements, particularly pilot and industrial plant. This includes steam sterilisation and full automation.

• Additional technical support with project management during equipment build acceptance trials and final installation and commissioning. This includes liaison between customer and manufacturer.
